A commitment
rooted in our region

In Clermont-Ferrand, between volcanoes and local know-how, we build a hotel every day that is more human, more sustainable, and closer to the people who shape our region.

Green Key

Label 2026

A recognized and renewed commitment

Our hotel is proud to hold the Green Key label, a demanding certification that recognizes establishments committed to a rigorous environmental approach.

What’s more, this label is reassessed every year against increasingly strict criteria, pushing us to constantly improve and strengthen our actions.

More than just a recognition, it’s a framework that guides our decisions and encourages us to always go further.

Our Teams

Caring for those
who welcome you

🎓 Training to better serve you

Our team members receive regular training to help them handle everyday situations: stress management, guest service, accessibility and first aid.

🤝 Building connections every day

We encourage team spirit through shared and convivial moments: meals, games, culinary discoveries and other opportunities to come together.

🏆 Celebrating talent

Our teams are committed to promoting and showcasing careers in the hospitality industry. In Clermont-Ferrand, two of our team members took part in a professional competition dedicated to housekeeping and reception, organized by the Club Hôtelier Clermontois and Resthotel. A great success, as they won the competition, highlighting their expertise, commitment and passion for their profession.

A wonderful way to celebrate the skills and dedication of our team members.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Supporting the causes
that matter to us

Beyond our day-to-day actions, we also support local associations and initiatives working in the areas of solidarity, animal welfare, culture and health.

🎗️ Pink October

We support Pink October to raise awareness and help fight breast cancer.

❤️ Les Restos du Cœur

We also support Les Restos du Cœur, who work every day to support people experiencing hardship.

🐾 Protecting wildlife

We support the LPO Wildlife Rescue Centre in Auvergne, which cares for wildlife in distress. We are also helping fund the care of a kitten currently being looked after at the centre.

🎵 Supporting local culture

As a patron of Europavox, we are proud to support an event that brings culture and music to Clermont-Ferrand, while encouraging connections and openness across Europe.

OUR LOCAL PARTNERS

The taste of Auvergne, just steps from your room

We do our best to source local and regional products, giving you the opportunity to discover the flavours of Auvergne throughout your stay.

🍓 At breakfast, our artisanal jams are offered in partnership with Tango des Saveurs. We also showcase several of the region’s iconic cheeses: Cantal, Saint-Nectaire and Bleu d’Auvergne, as well as Le Nectaire de l’Ours honey.

🍷 At the bar, we offer regional wines selected for their quality and connection to our local area, while also inviting you to enjoy our apéritif boards, featuring products from Boucherie Durif.

🤝 Through our local partnerships, we support nearby producers and artisans while giving you the opportunity to discover the flavours and know-how of Auvergne.

Going the extra mile

Giving a second life to what can still be useful

Furniture & Bedding

Part of our furniture and mattresses is donated to local associations and individuals (women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence, families in need, students, etc.) rather than being thrown away, helping to extend their useful life and support those who need them.

Animal Welfare

Our duvets don’t end up in the bin: they are donated to the APA 63 association, which works to protect animals, providing warmth and comfort to rescued animals. They also help support the care of a kitten currently being looked after at the centre.
